Clara Kalhous, Esq.

Since forming her association with Meringolo Law in 2010, Clara has taken the second seat at four federal criminal trials and two federal civil trials; drafted numerous winning motions; and drafted six appeals to the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and one petition for certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States for Meringolo Law’s clients.

Clara’s practice focuses on appellate litigation before the Second Circuit, primarily concerning criminal appeals for clients convicted in the Southern District of New York and the Eastern District of New York.

Clara graduated from Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 2009. She is admitted to the bars of New York (2009), New Jersey (2009), the Southern District of New York (2010), the Eastern District of New York (2010), and the District of New Jersey (2009).
